Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 18 June 2026

1. General Agreement & Acceptance of Terms By booking an appointment or availing of any diagnostic services at Neeraj Diagnostic Centre, you agree to strictly abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure smooth clinic operations and to provide the highest standard of medical care under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Sharma.

2. Appointments, Timings & Delays

  • Prior Appointments: We highly recommend booking prior appointments for specialized scans (such as TIFFA, TRUS, Color Doppler, and Guided FNAC) to avoid long waiting periods.
  • Medical Emergencies: While we strive to honor all scheduled appointment times, diagnostic imaging involves dealing with medical emergencies and critical patients. In such cases, emergency scans will be prioritized. Patients may experience unavoidable delays, and we request your patience and cooperation.

3. Patient Preparation & Responsibilities

  • Certain diagnostic tests require specific preparations (e.g., fasting for 8-10 hours for abdominal scans, or a full urinary bladder for pelvic/KUB ultrasounds).
  • It is the patient’s responsibility to adhere strictly to these instructions. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the scan, as compromised preparation affects the accuracy of the report.
  • Patients must bring all relevant past medical records, previous ultrasound/Doppler reports, and the original referral prescription from their consulting doctor.

4. Payment & Billing Policy

  • 100% Advance Payment: Full payment for all diagnostic procedures must be cleared at the reception desk before the commencement of the scan or the release of the final medical reports.
  • We accept Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and other standard digital payment methods.
  • Invoices and payment receipts will be provided immediately upon successful transaction.

5. Report Turnaround Time (TAT) & Delivery The time required to generate accurate, verified reports varies based on the complexity of the procedure:

  • General Ultrasounds & Color Dopplers: Reports for standard abdominal scans, pelvic ultrasounds, Level 1 (NB/NT), Level 2 (TIFFA), and Color Doppler studies are generally provided on the same working day, usually within a few hours post-examination.
  • Specialized Procedures (e.g., FNAC): Ultrasound-guided Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC) and fluid drainage involve external laboratory correlation. The turnaround time for FNAC reports is typically 48 to 72 hours.
  • Report Collection: Patients can collect physical copies from the clinic at A-15, Tagore Market, Kirti Nagar. Soft copies can be securely shared via email (neerajdiagnostic@hotmail.com) or WhatsApp upon explicit patient request.

6. PC-PNDT Act Warning & Refusal of Service Neeraj Diagnostic Centre strictly complies with the PC-PNDT Act. Sex determination is illegal and a punishable criminal offense. Any patient or accompanying person inquiring about the sex of the fetus will be immediately asked to leave the premises, and the incident will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Furthermore, the clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting abusive behavior toward the doctor or clinic staff.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if a scan cannot be completed due to technical failures at our end or if the patient cancels the appointment at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
  • Once a scan has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the services provided by Neeraj Diagnostic Centre shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
