3. Strict Compliance with PC-PNDT Act, 1994 (Crucial for Fetal & Pregnancy Scans) Neeraj Diagnostic Centre operates in absolute, strict compliance with the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PC-PNDT) Act.
- For all pregnancy-related ultrasounds including Level 1 (NB/NT) and Level 2 (TIFFA) scans, we are mandated by law to maintain detailed records (Form F) of every pregnant woman.
- We are legally required to submit these records, including patient ID proofs and original referral slips from registered medical practitioners, to the respective Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and local government authorities.
- This specific data collection is non-negotiable, legally binding, and refusal to provide correct IDs will result in the denial of the ultrasound service.
4. How We Use Your Data Your data is exclusively used for:
- Conducting precise diagnostic tests (including Color Doppler, Soft Tissue Radiology, and Vascular assessments).
- Preparing highly accurate medical reports under the supervision of Dr. Neeraj Sharma.
- Communicating appointment confirmations, delays, or emergency updates.
- Delivering medical reports securely via preferred digital channels.
- Maintaining mandatory medical records as dictated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
5. Data Protection & Digital Communication Risk We employ robust security measures to protect your physical and digital medical records from unauthorized access.
- WhatsApp & Email Delivery: While we offer the convenience of sending soft copies of your reports via WhatsApp or Email, patients acknowledge that standard third-party internet communications carry inherent digital risks. Neeraj Diagnostic Centre is not liable for data interception or breaches that occur on third-party networks or personal devices after the report is successfully dispatched from our secure systems.
6. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing We maintain absolute patient confidentiality, especially concerning sensitive tests like TRUS, scrotal ultrasounds, and FNAC procedures. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or medical data with third-party marketing agencies, pharmaceutical companies, or insurance brokers. Data is only shared with:
- Your referring physician or medical consultant.
- Government or law enforcement authorities, strictly when compelled by a legal warrant, court order, or mandatory medical reporting laws.
7. Data Retention & Archiving Medical reports and patient details are securely archived for the duration mandated by the Clinical Establishments Act to ensure continuity of care and legal compliance. Afterward, physical records are securely shredded, and digital records are permanently purged from our active databases.
